Smiling sends a signal of calm to the body: we release tension, breathe better, and refocus. A very simple gesture... which often triggers a beautiful chain reaction.
To try: take 10 seconds to consciously smile, then inhale deeply. Notice what changes within you.
2) Self-care
A hot shower, styling your hair, moisturizing, putting on an outfit that makes you feel good...
These self-care gestures renew energy and remind us of the value we place on ourselves.
To try: choose a 5-minute "confidence" mini-ritual to repeat: a face care, a soft perfume, putting on my favorite gloss.
3) Listening to music
