Are Nawlie products dated?

No. Most of our sheets are undated, so you can use them at any time of the year, according to your rhythm and needs.

That's the beauty of Nawlie: you have no time or performance pressure. You can start your follow-ups or guides whenever you want... today, tomorrow, or in six months. Each sheet is designed to adapt to your daily life, not the other way around.

 

What should I check before buying?

Before finalizing your order, make sure you can open and print a PDF file on your device (computer, tablet, or phone). 
Also, take a moment to carefully read the product description: it specifies the content, format, and intended use.

Each Nawlie sheet is designed for personal, kind, and evolving use. Take the time to choose the one that best suits you, here and now.

 

Will my products be delivered by mail?

No. All Nawlie products are digital (in PDF format).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a download link directly by email. No postal shipment is made. You can then print them at home or at a print center of your choice.

 

How will I receive my purchase?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email containing the download link for your digital product.
This link will allow you to open and/or save the file directly to your device (computer, tablet, or phone), and then print it at your convenience. If you don't see the email in your inbox, remember to check your spam folder, as it can sometimes end up there.

 

How can I print my Nawlie sheets?

Each Nawlie product is a downloadable PDF file that you can open, save, and then print at home.

For a pleasant writing experience, we recommend printing on good quality white paper (90 g to 120 g).
But also let your creativity run wild! You can use colored paper, create seasonal themes, or add your own dividers.

And if you prefer a more durable finish, you can entrust the printing to a local or online print shop.
The main thing is that your Nawlie sheets come to life by hand, in your image, as a true moment for yourself.

 

What should I do if I have trouble downloading or opening my file?

No worries! Here are some simple steps to try before writing to us:

1. Check your internet connection.

2. Check your inbox and spam folder, sometimes the link ends up there.

3. Try opening the link on another device or browser (computer, tablet, or phone).

4. Clear your cache or restart your device.

5. Check your "Downloads" folder, the file may already be there.

If, despite everything, the link remains inactive or the file is corrupted, please write to us within 24 hours of your purchase at: info@nawlie.com.
If possible, attach a screenshot or an error message: this will help us resolve the situation more quickly.

What devices can I use my Nawlie files on?

Nawlie files are provided in PDF format, compatible with most devices: computers, tablets and smartphones.

You can save them on multiple devices for convenient access, as long as their use remains strictly personal.
It is not permitted to share, redistribute or transfer purchased files to other people, even for free.

For better reading and printing comfort, we recommend opening them from a computer or tablet, with an up-to-date PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).

And most importantly, don't forget: the best moment is once the file is printed, pen in hand.

 

Can I use your products directly on my phone?

No. Our files are not interactive and are not designed to be filled out online. You can open them on your phone, but they are meant to be printed and completed by hand, in a quiet moment, to reconnect with yourself. This simple, concrete act is at the heart of the Nawlie experience.
